I am Alessandra Beneducci, and I founded Benedux Studio to offer a different way of approaching property projects: more strategic, more personal and built around each client’s real needs.

I believe that buying, selling or enhancing a property requires far more than real estate brokerage. It requires careful listening, a clear method, genuine knowledge of the territory and the ability to coordinate different areas of expertise towards one objective.

 

My work begins with places: homes, villas, farmhouses, historic residences and landscapes that need to be understood before they are chosen.

 

I was born in the hills around Lucca. Before founding Benedux Studio, I worked across sales, communication, events, hospitality and marketing.

 

I hold a degree in Tourism Economics and a Master’s degree in Communication.

 

Over time, these experiences came together in Benedux Studio: an independent property advisory practice that coordinates strategic advice, real estate brokerage and specialist expertise around each project.

Through Benedux Studio, I advise property owners and buyers facing decisions that require vision, local insight and the coordination of the right professional expertise.

 

Every project is different.

 

That is why I do not begin with a predefined team or a standard process. I first understand the project, define its strategy and then build the most appropriate professional structure around the property.

 

My role is to maintain the overall vision, ensure continuity between decisions and coordinate the professionals involved whenever their expertise is required.

To me, a property is never simply a building.

 

It may represent a lifestyle decision, an investment, a family project, a restoration or a new beginning.

 

My role is to help clients make well-informed decisions and to build the professional structure best suited to turning each project into reality.

 

This vision gave rise to the Benedux Method and continues to guide every project coordinated through the Studio today.
