Who I am

My name is Alessandra Beneducci. I am an independent real estate consultant in Tuscany and co-founder of B Studio Real Estate.

I was born among the hills of Lucca and, before creating Benedux, I moved through different fields: sales, communication, events, hospitality, and marketing.
I hold a degree in Tourism Economics and a Master’s degree in Communication.

After several years in corporate environments, I chose to redefine my professional path and focus on what truly felt like mine: creating connections between places, projects, and people.

Over time, this vision has taken shape into a clear way of working:
independent, tailored, and focused on the quality of choices rather than the quantity of opportunities.

This is how Benedux was born: a space where vision, expertise, and sensitivity come together to build meaningful and authentic paths.

What I do today

Today, I work as an independent real estate consultant in Tuscany, supporting Italian and international clients in the search, selection, and enhancement of properties.

My work includes:

• Property sourcing, including off-market opportunities

• Support throughout buying and selling processes

• Enhancement of existing properties

• Development of projects related to living and hospitality

Every journey is different.
My role is to shape it in the most coherent way for each individual client.

 

How I work

I am not a traditional agency.

I work independently, collaborating with a selected network of agencies, professionals, and local partners.

At the same time, through B Studio Real Estate, I directly manage real estate operations and structured collaborations within the territory.

This dual approach allows me to combine strategic vision with practical execution, offering consistent and comprehensive support.
