Who I am

My name is Alessandra Beneducci , I am an independent real estate and lifestyle consultant.
Born in the hills of Lucca, I lived through different worlds before creating Benedux : sales, communications, events, hospitality, marketing.

I have a degree in Tourism Economics and a Master's degree in Communication .

After years in the company, I chose to reinvent my professional life to do what I felt was mine: unite places, projects and people .

I deal with:

• valorization of properties with potential

• cultural activation and lifestyle

I work with Italian and international clients, helping them choose, describe, or transform authentic places in Tuscany.

I am not an agency.
I am an independent consultant with a network of trusted collaborators: architects, artisans, creatives, and cultural operators.
