Beyond real estate, Benedux is also a space for ideas.
I work as a curator and business developer for locations with potential, supporting property owners, businesses, and cultural operators in developing formats that bring new visibility and value to a space.
My work includes property sourcing, real estate enhancement, and cultural and lifestyle activation projects.
I collaborate with both Italian and international clients, guiding them in the selection, narration, or transformation of authentic places across Tuscany.

A case: The Little Prince of Viareggio
Since 2024, I have been working as a business developer and curator for the cultural and creative revitalization of Principino, a historic seafront location in Viareggio.
Together with the team I designed and developed:

Weekly events themed around lifestyle, wellness, and music

The “Like in a movie” format, which combines cinema, dance and a themed dinner

Activities related to slow living, art, creativity, and networking
My role: ideation, content, storytelling, local relations.
